So, this is what happens when you combine "Boredom", "Cheap Markers from Walmart", + "an Old mostly Unfilled Sketchbook I Found."
What this is is a "Colored Sketch". What I did was draw the line art in pencil, inked over the pencil WITHOUT erasing it, the colored it in with these cheap Leisure Arts brand markers I remembered picking up at Walmart for like, $10. Now, I'm weird, I tend to horde things, and I hardly EVER use any sort of colored media in my sketch books. It's like I usually want to "preserve the original" or something, normally I use the light box to trace my own art onto other drawing surfaces.... and I have this odd notion of "wasting" my supplies. I don't know why, but I do. It's like, "Oh, if it's in my sketchbook I'll never be able to sell it, I'd waste my art supplies!" But.... with this mindset, an old set of brush pens dried up completely because I didn't want to "waste" them. (I never denied having weird issues.)
I've also never cared too much for "book bound" style sketch books. I've always been a "Spiral Bound" through and through kind of girl. Mostly because with a "book bound" sketch book, it's be near impossible for me to use my light box. I used to tell myself that it wasn't good for scanning either, but obviously, I made it work. Anyways, this is in a smaller, "book bound" style sketch book that was buried in my art drawer that I'm just going to play and experiment with a lot of "insert color media here" over pencil line art. Try to stop being so stiff and scared of "Ruining the original line art" and just try to have fun. After watching other artists on YouTube share their sketch books and what they do with them was certainly encouraging and really opened me up to some new ideas. Besides, actually using the tools I've got is better then "saving them until they dry up/go bad", right?
