So I was hanging up some posters and pictures in my new apartment last week when I found this guy. After putting it up, I looked through my FA gallery and realized I had never posted it here O.O

It's an old poster I did for Mutt in the Middle (probably over 2 years ago now, around the time of the 100th page). I drew it quite hastily in last minute preparation for my senior art exhibition in college. While I was primarily showcasing my graphic design, I also had some extra space to display my comic as well, so I quickly created this little montage poster (also not exactly little, since it's 18" x 24").

If you examine it closely, it begins to show its age. For starters, Sam has more of his original look and even Drake is a little different. Coy is definitely the biggest change though. At the time, he was still a ways off from being introduced, and his character design changed significantly over the years (I had a hard time nailing it down...)

There are some things that I would do differently if I drew this now, but overall I still like the piece. Well, I like it enough to hang it on my wall and post it here at least.... :\
