Why the title? Well, mostly because I couldn't think of anything better. This drawing came about as a random mix of feeling sick (I have a major-league ouch of a tummy bug) and feeling drained and stressed and vaguley heartbroken over some things, so what of these she's conveying is anybody's guess. Also, I actually made an effort to make the breasts look like they were being squeezed by the arm position (used myself in the mirror as a ref). So uh.. yeah. Huzzah for progress.

You'll notice she's decidedly skinny in this one... I couldn't for the life of me work her shape into this position. I took one look at it when I was done and then wanted to absolutely slap myself, because the first thought that came into my head was "Shit, I sure wish I was as goodlooking as how I draw myself!" XD I don't know whether to think that's funny or sad, lol.

You know, I've seen artists who have fat characters get flak, a lot of times. And now I want to murder everyone who's ever said such things to these artists, because the more I draw, the more I realize how damn HARD it is to draw chub! Seriously! These people deserve medals. People who draw attractive fat characters are very, very skilled. I can draw Sugs and have her look half decent, heck, even snug-able if I do the ol' lil' bitty waist and some boobs and some hips. But drawing her with her (my) more realistic body? And having her even look believable, let alone good? OHMYGOSH, FUHGETTABOUTIT.
