Here's CH1-B1's "Empress Zurg" costume! She was having the time of her life, just firing out of her Ion Blaster toy.
Her head is normally a screen encased in a head case, but this case is more of a mask for her to wear. Her right arm has been removed to fit and control her Ion Blaster (Which is just a nerf gun modified by A1-IC3 to fire more rounds more efficiently. Her other arm has an actual weapon stored in case CH1-B1 gets herself into actual trouble.

It's a shame that it was never revealed what Zurg's species was!
According to some concept art, Zurg's a small alien in robotic armor, but I don't know if this ever made it to official canon or not.
The Buzz Lightyear of Star Command cartoon implies that Zurg has some organic part as he eats and uses the restroom.
In Toy Story 2 and in the cartoon, Zurg says that he's Buzz's father, but this was simply just a Star Wars joke. ^^;
I have plans to put Zurg and XL in my Transformers project. XR will have multiple alt-modes due to his versatility in the cartoon, and Zurg would have an alien ship mode similar to this.
