So, something people don't probably know about the bounty hunting lion is the fact that he's actually got a special spot right behind his right ear. Just scratch him there and he'll usually just start melting into the floor.
Lock figured that out a while ago and constantly uses it against him. This is why Owl would rather not have other people learn about this.
