The Çotani of Delyria (a race of Levendish) are known for two things. One is their propensity for extra limbs; they're not all like this, but it's far more common among them than anyone else, and it seems to happen naturally. The other is that they, as a culture, prefer outlandish acrobatic fighting styles, often involving multiple weapons at once. Obviously, these two things go together well; Çotani mercenaries are known worldwide for being among the most elite and dangerous. They're possibly second only to the Keskin, another Levendish race who are very small, incredibly quick, and very often trained since early childhood to wield blades - picture Slapdash (from yesterday) in samurai armor, and that's a pretty close picture.
