Lady Lupinde comes from a planet where the people wear tranparent clothing. She's wearing the lingerie only because the people of Chanjonn are a bit more conservative, and as the ambassador of her home planet, she doesn't want to upset too many people.
Yeah, yeah, I can hear some of you guys looking at this wishing that she wasn't wearing the lingerie. :p
