I serve as a squad leader and is highly valued as such. It isn't always easy and it's at times far too time consuming compared to the outcome. But I would never give up the position.

What I find the most "fun" is commanding during combat. It requires quick thinking, a good tactical overview and a bunch of well prepared plans to fuck up, as Murphy's law says "no plan survives contact with the enemy" but they are always good to have in mind.
