This isn't TES official but just a story of what would happen if a Khajiit was born either a Suthay, Cathay or Ohmes while having Alfiqs as parents.
Alfiqs don't really have that many jobs aside from the few which is being spies, couriers and scouts. Yes they're smart and would understands what we
say but they don't speak any language aside from meowing or roaring which is one of the downsides of Alfiqs' Which then brings me to this story, a situation where two Alfiq parents tries raising a Suthay child in an Urban desert. But we'll be focusing more on the child named Shiara.

Shiara was born as a Suthay-Raht with both her parents Kishbi and Ji'arabeing being Alfiqs in an urban city of Corinthe. As she was born her parents provided her with the basic necessities a baby Khajiit would need which is something to eat and somewhere to sleep. They didn't expect how hard it is to raise a baby as Shiara was their first child. But as she grew older Shiara needed more than just food and shelter, she needed clothes, medicine and a bigger place to sleep, which wasn't a problem since her father's sister gave them a little bit of everything to make sure she gets old enough to start working. Alfiqs in huge cities like Corinthe would have a hard time to actually look for jobs. They can work as couries or scouts but by the sheer numbers of Khajiits, Alfiqs would be the last in line to be chosen to do those tasks.
As shiara turned 10 she started working for a glass smith where she would bring water in a nearby well to fill the smith's big pots and jugs. She would carry the water jug on top of her head for better balance where she would pass the market place. She's a shy girl so she barely makes friends and would often have a faceless expression through out the whole day.
If water is already enough she would also do other works, which is to get dried up sugar canes and some sticks in the nearby farms for the Glass smiths furnace. That's her and her friend also working for the glass smith(3rd picture) enjoying some sugar canes the farmers gave them. She does this 7 hours a day which is quite stressful for a child but she prefers doing this rather than begging or stealing off the streets. She's just happy her pay is enough to buy her and her parents something to eat and some little money to save.
As night Closes by, out of morality the temples are open to anyone seeking shelter from the chilling cold outside. This is where Shiara and her parents would go to sleep. They use stacks of hay and a simple cloth to use as a bed, her parents sleeps on top of her belongings to make sure no one steals it. Her parents would stay by her side until she can live on her own, Kishbi and Ji'ara feels bad as they can't do anything else for her just because they're Alfiqs. But that doesn't stop them from neglecting their child and loving her which they hope is enough for Shiara to understand.
