New pic. I've noticed that there are not many Hermione post Polyjuice Potion pics out there. You'd think they were be more in this given taste. But anyhoo, here goes mine. I figured it would be an easier draw so I mustered up the motivation to put it together. And I'm pretty happy how it turned out! And fear not, since she's a kid its G rated. I wouldn't want to make it dirty like the rest of my stuff anyway, haha. EDIT: I decided to add an extra bit to further explore this.
The potion was ready. Hermione had been brewing this polyjuice potion for weeks. As of tomorrow, it will be one full month. She read over the entire directions for what must've been the hundredth time. It was always like Hermione to double check her work to make it perfect, but this time she knew she was dealing with something far beyond her level. If she screwed it up, the consequences could be very severe for her, Ron, and Harry. She was dreading that somewhere she'll make a mistake...

Hermione was panting. The feeling of the potion's effect was intense, as if her whole body was on fire and her insides were melting into mush before solidifying again. Hermione did notice some stranger sensations however, like the extension of bone and itchiness of her skin. But she didn't put much stock in it, assuming that's just how the potion worked.
But there was an eerie giggling. Ghostly. "M-Myrtle?" Hermione whispered. Sure enough, upon looking up, the usually depressed and teary ghost was floating above her. But her current state..... giggling? Myrtle had a huge grin smeared across her face and was doing everything she could to keep from exploding into a frenzy of hysterical laughter. Hermione immediately became uneasy. Why was Myrtle, of all people, LAUGHING? Hermione got to her feet in her cramped stall. Already she began to hear Ron and Harry outside talking about their new looks. Hermione, with dread, decided to check her own. Myrtle continued her soft giggling while saying nothing. Just creepily watching Hermione while waiting with anticipation.
Hermione looked at her hands and suddenly everything was clear. "I -I don't think I'll be going."

It had been exactly 58 minutes. Hermione reasoned out earlier that it was probably a cat hair she used in her brew, which was why Ron and Harry's doses seemed to go without problems. And since different animal transformations weren't what the potion was made for, that was why Hermione was stuck somewhere inbetween her normal human self and a cat. She was confident, or hopeful really, that after an hour, the potion will wear off and she'll change back.
"Okay, any second now..." Hermione said. "Are you sure you don't want me to tell the boys of your hilarious blunder?" Myrtle taunted. "Please, no. In a moment, it'll be like it never happened". But seconds past, then minutes. Hermione's worry turned to panic. "It's been an hour and 6 minutes!!" She wailed, tears coming to her eyes. Myrtle couldn't contain it anymore, she soared above her and howled with laughter. "This is why little children shouldn't play with dangerous potions!!" She sang. Hermione bit her lip. Trying hard to stay calm and not burst into tears, Hermione fell to the floor. "....I'm .... stuck like this?" she whimpered. "At least you still have your super cute tail!!!" Myrtle teased.
