Yep, they are both the same species......................I wonder what kind of drug mixed with LSD was Mr. Takashi Thomas Yuda was tripping on when we designed Knuckles. But never-the-less, I always liked the Sonic the Hedgehog character designs (I like the old, Akira Watanabe design for the characters a little better then the new brand). There's something original and spiffy about it. It just catches my eye. And of course, I can never get it right. :(
