This is a lovely image done by the always kind artist 
Ravuer.
This style is based on the Hungarian animated movie Son of the White Mare or Fehérlófia, a very bold movie in terms of style; lots of colour and almost no black outlining. Its so colourful and bright that it makes Yellow Submarine look pale and clammy in comparison. It may be a bit too much for some people, but its always worth a watch for just how out there and unique in looks.
Also dang look at those legs. Kobold Alty is great at running :P

Oh yes the characters in the movie are extremely stylised that way :P The hero has some thick yams, great for running.
