...this is the best I can do, and the middle characters might be wrong. I can't find anything even resembling the leftmost one, which is why it's ?

Oh, as for translation, the second middle character means "height" while the last two I have no idea.
The top and bottom characters make "Ishida", definitely a name, maybe a brand.
