This is another part of my Fancharacter Versal series from deviantART. I’m posting this here to introduce my FA fans to my own fancharacter, Iliouakaua the Storm Dog (pronounced “EE-lee-oh-ooh-ah-cow-ah”).
He’s based and named after a character in a Hawaiian children’s book. He’s a living hurricane and can summon wind, rain, and lightning at will.
