Not really x3 just you. Tough luck I guess. And if you really poked around my scraps to find another icon like that, you'd realize the growing trend lately on the icons is that I make the hearts rather large now, and only near the butt if it's specifically asked for (See: Matthias' icon. I quote "I want him bending over and the heart pointing to where the action is.")
If I was making them as large then as I do now, the heart would have been placed over the tail, not under. Your icon, however, has no room anywhere for a decent sized heart.

Dude, just give him the heart. He's got a point. You were able to squeeze it into the the other pic just fine, and it looked just as cramped.
If you resize it down, and it looks bad, you can't say you didn't warn him. But at least be a good commissionee and give the customer what he wants, and be professional about it. I wouldn't want someone I commissioned art from to act as callous as you're acting towards Daisuke.
