oh my goodness, I love and adore the muscles here! They're done so well! My only qualm is that with that pose he seems like he would fall over. His feet aren't grounded, and even for an action shot he's leaning really far back. I think if it was rotated to the right the balance would be better.

Anyway, great study! I really want to do a muscular character now and crack open my anatomy books!

I always try and think where their weight is. unless they're doing an action pose where they would be off balance at that time, (in which case they should already be in the process of fixing it) you have to imagine a line under their center of gravity, and there should be an equal disbursement of weight between it.
