Halloween is creeping around the corner, and Charles of course came prepared! And with his head ever in the clouds (at least he wished they were), he can't help but be a lil' wistful to the idea of being a lot more than just 2 inches. So Godzilla for Halloween was an obvious choice! Though unfortunately, he might just have to settle with being puny.
