Seriously, crows are so ridiculously smart, I won't be surprised they become the next sapient species after humans! Thus this is my rendition of what a crow knight would be.

They would be extremely religious, kind of like a crow Vatican but they would have been burned out from constant warfare in the past to do crusade like stuff. If you look at the flag, the small ticks represent the 16 princes that rule the 16 districts and the scribbles are supposed to be excerpts from the crow holy book with the Holy City coat of arms in the middle.

The armor is made out of salvaged aluminum to allow for the knight to have some aerial mobility but there are crows that can be clad in full salvaged metal to be heavy ground infantry. You'll see there's only cloth sleeves covering the wings to give some armor protection on the ground but can be buttoned back for flight.
