This is the first time I've drawn this guy. He's the Captain of Starbase 186 and a support charachter that shows up from time to time when the Raptor isn't away on a mission. I figured what the hell I never bothered to draw him so I may as well. He's also sporting my final idea on the frickin uniforms and the combadge. This would be a captains duty jacket variant. Anyways, ignore me I'm rambling.
