Hey everyone! This is a new project of mine for my illustration class. I am writing and illustrating a short
4 page comic ~can't give any spoilers sry :p

Page 1 story:
Its night time in Dreedürrveir city.
A young drake from who is tired of doing the same routeen everyday day after night after day after night. He walks out to what appears to be a balcony, whether its a part of his home or if its from one of the public vantage points where people can walk idk, that's up to you. He stares out at the view beyond the city walls out towards the local river and sighs...
The cyan drake: "If only something more interesting would happen, its boring doing the same routine everyday..."
As he gets lost in thought staring at the ground a meteor shard from the sky is falling down to the planet, who knows maybe its from the shattered moon or maybe its from some place else in the universe...
The drake spots it and he seems very surprised, never seeing anything like it before in his life, I'm sure there were others who also saw this as well.
The meteor crash lands by the river on the outscurts of the city leaving behind a crater with a glowing thing at its center, there is rubble scattered across the area where it crashed.
The drake gets excited and wants to know what it is, it seems as if he is going to go and see what it was for himself. Cyan coloured drake: "What was that?!?! Something interesting more than likely. I think that I should investigate! It looks like an adventure!"

Extra Information:
The city is called Dreedürrveir, founded and built by the three drakes Dree, Dürr and Veir, Combining their names as an effort literately made the translation of their cities name in their tong to be "Superior Strong Stone City"
The city is home to many creatures but its primary inhabitant is drakes and dragons. The guards of this city are quite mean. its not often their fault that they are, they often aspire to become a guard to protect the city being high on confidence and having a strong will with a kind heart but then their instructor that teaches them how to be a guard crushes their spirit and tells them how they really should act etc, the captain of the guard knows not of this however but has launched an investigation to why the newer guards are less loyal and more troublesome.
The new generation guards disgust strangers to the city and don't like them at all often acting quite hostile while the older generation guards often are welcoming and accepting to all.
The city was built on a mountainside and has several mine shafts going into the mountain which were eventually put to use for housing with additional ventilation shafts.
They say at the heart of the mountain is an old forgotten treasure but nobody has been able to successfully navigate the old mine shafts completely without getting lost.
The city has lots of artisans who like to craft, sculpt, bake and paint however only the best are only able to make a living off this because a lot of the time the only ones who can afford the more "classy" things are the upper class citizens. The middle class citizens usually have a better life though and get more experience as the upper class ones are often lazy if they are not in a position of power. There are a few slum areas of the city where the lower class go to live out their days. at the current time the rulers are beloved by most, there is not enough people that dislike them to start an uprising although some of the inhabitants have started to think about starting a resistance towards the city because of how the newer guards have been treeing the populace.
