...We, didn't expect this at all. We have seen, we have witnessed, other Digimon Digi-volve through all sorts of processes, but we hadn't expected this.

One of our tech's had been designing a new card, for fun, for the defunct trading card game. All it was, was a short write-up for, what he called, was 'Metal Coat,' just a simple defensive booster card. He asks Lattenmon for her opinion on it, she agrees and reads it. Immediately after, her eyes glow a piercing green, and then the entire room was bathed in a bright light. Minutes later, once I could see again, I hear a crash, and there... she is, laying on the floor against the wall, like she had just slipped backwards. I had approached her to see what was wrong, but it wasn't long before a Kitsune diety.... teleported into the room, yelling and screaming about Lattenmon.

It was all we could do to calm her down so that we wouldn't be burned alive by her.

We, uh... still have to deal with what fire damage did transpire in the lab, though.

I have always wondered what Lattenmon's digivolution would look like. The tossup is, of course, to follow the 'normal' path that is cannon, or to go my own route befitting the glitch nature of Lattie.

So, here's where my mind wandered. A mecha, something like a suit from Evangellion was the main influence.

As far as the feet go, they're faded out on purpose. THe idea is that as she digivolves, the glitch becomes more pronounced. Her feet are missing texture, and infact missing almost all friction. She would move by way of skating across the ground.
