Music loop done up for a game project I'm actually making some amount of progress on the last few days. How utterly terrifying and foreign. It probably won't last.
If you can't tell by "Rawkmouse," the game is a sort of Mega Man parody, though when all was said and done it ended up being a bit its own thing after all. Probably best not to be a giant copycat, but the token "steal the enemies' powers" bit is still there. And Grove is kinda like my Zero, except without three years of players being unsure what my character's gender is supposed to be because she doesn't have a cape that looks like her hair or something dumb like that. Hurrr~

yeh, drums aren't my forte, it seems. .-. I work on it once in a while but people complain then too so it all feels pretty aimless after a while.
I actually set this to 145. It was originally going to be around 150 but that just murdered the feel of the song. It was originally going to be a lot of things, but kinda just took on a mind of it's own...

This is really nice. You certainly did capture a Megaman style of beat but at the same time it's much too....I want to say it sounds much to mellow for a typical Megaman game, which can be a good thing. I don't hear any issues with the drums that you were talking about with Blackhole12, but I know next to nothing about drums anyway.
