It was only a matter of time before Nico's cosplay of Racing Miku was going to get him in trouble. Turns out the local traffic cops didn't appreciate his commitment to staying in character when he was pulling some sick drifts through rush hour traffic. As for the DMV agent, it looks like she wasn't expecting to see him again after she moved on from her job at the sandwich shop.
