Oooh, I wonder what caused her to lose part of her face, a head-tail and an arm, can't imagine it was pleasent...

Sareena-Li was born Blind in her Left Eye hence the Optic... the Dread doubles as a Headset as for her Face and her Arm... The arm is an Improvement off of an Older Mettallic Arm she had because of a Swordfight with one of the Ninja Clans in the Iron Kingdom. the Face plate was due to a Massive Explosion caused by Knuckles and Julie-Su years ago that left her in a world of hurt.

to put it simple she a Dark Legionaire meaning she had it done freely

Yes but the Original Idea Runnic was the Faceplate wasn't there until That Explosion way back in "Knuckles: the Dark Legion #3" If it wasn't for that Self Destruct sequence Kragok had started Maybe Sareena's left side of her face would still be intact and she'd only have the Optical Eye...

As for her Arm, Eye, and Dread as I said... You're right those she was Willing to give up as a Dark Legionnaire
