~When Janet changed from her main form to go in this Anthropomorphic form, she had tons of extra mass within to use to modify her body.

She could make herself taller, bustier, thiccer, having a bigger tail, head, and so on.

As you probably saw that she chose to increase bust size as her default form, she at times likes to mess around with other parts of her body, and this is one of them.
