Dude, that's beautiful! But I think you may have too many "lost edges." Try to put some intense hard edges in there as well, such as on the posts facing towards the light. I bet that'll give you results closer to what you're looking for. We want more contrast where it is needed, and I don't just mean that in terms of value, but edge control as well. While you're at it, really push that texture where the light is contacting every surface, and don't be afraid of using a very hard, opaque brush for this part while zoomed. the. heck. in. Reflect on my note.
