I always found really funny this scene where Pinkie appears with a diaper in the head, then I decided to make this drawing inspired on that which will work also for a template on My Little Diapers Wiki. She knows that she shouldn't be naked and that's what she puts a diaper on the head, because all of us know that the head is most important body part to have covered. Some decency ponies please!
