I've been playing WoW again and when I got back to Zangarmarsh I remembered how much I adore sporelings and other mushroom creatures. I had the idea of the left one for a while but never really jotted her down, but here they are :D

The first one I lovingly call "goth gf" is based heavily on the shaggy ink cap mushroom. She oozes black "ink" from the base of her "dress" and under her "hair". The excretions get more intense with her emotions. I'm thinking of calling her Corraline, but I'm not sure yet.

The second is a little stocky guy based loosely on mycena species and bio-luminescent mushrooms. I've loved the idea of a brightly colored guy with a monochrome gf since I saw the twitter lovebird with his goth gf and their halfgoth babies. So he's bright and chirpy in comparison to his goth gf. I might revisit some parts of his design in the future but I really love the direction with the 'stripes'(?) of glow streaking out from the most heavily glowing areas. Also, adorbs little bellybutton x because.
