Doesn't he end up filling out entire orphanages with all those pups he has?....I'm sure there has to be a limit to how many you can ''donate'' before things get start becoming troublesome.....or do all those pups get picked up by the military to be raised as super soldiers? haha guilt free spartan pups?

No, in their universe there's less than a 5 million people because of low fertile levels for a century, so the pups are gladly accepted in adoption centers all over the world
And he don't pop out a litter of 10 everyday, sometimes it last few weeks and he just have like 3 or 5 pups. It al least happens twice a month, the more it happened was like 15 times a month, but it's very rare

well it's great he's filling out facilities all over the world but eventually he'll be the father of a small country haha. Hundred of pups all one day coming to find their biological dad/mom o.0 I can only imagine what will happen during fatehrs/mothers day with so many pups that may come to seek him out. He may have to rent out a convention hall!
