This is another Character from my story Chip's new adventures. This fellow in particular leads the investigation department, which is responsible for gathering information from left over evidence of a scene, a person, or even follow an active situation.

Now, a VERY quick summery of Felix.

Job traits: Observant, can read body language well, solves problems well, persuasive, logistical-leader.

Personality traits: Likes to brag, low tolerance for stupidity, constant suspicion of people, organized, does not like job obstruction (people, objects, or information) well-thought out sentences, opposed to change (usually) do it yourself guy, motivated, semi-pragmatic

morals: Respects authority/order, doesn't like to waste resources, work hard-get rewarded, culturally bound.

Hobbies: reads books, tracking, golfing, talk to people below him.

Background:Born in Georgia, 1970. Raised from poorer family, lived out in the country, liked reading about criminal investigation. Woke up early, had a lot of chores to do, Oldest child of 5. Went to public rodent school, graduated with mostly B+'s and some A's. Attended a little collage, then moved to New York for a job. Then heard about the Rangers. Shortly after joining the Rangers he scored pretty high in training, thus granting him leadership of a department
