Morgan is a councillor on Alvarni, he currently has a son that's working on earth named Fangite. He will be quite the major player later, but for now he's quite far far away.

Fun fact: Alvarni's star is a blue-white B-class star and is about three solar masses (ie, three times as massive as our Sun). Since Alvarni is about 5 AU away from its star (about as far away as Jupiter is from the Sun), it receives a similar amount of solar radiation as Earth does, which contributes to the Earth-like conditions.
Now, B-class stars have a lifespan of about 2 billion years, which is far less than the 4 billion years life on Earth has had to evolve from spontaneously self-replicating chain molecules to sapient life in the early stages of becoming a spacefaring civilization. Life on Alvarni has taken a roughly similar amount of time, and yet its star is showing no signs of reaching the end of its lifespan any time soon. It's only been relatively recently that darnathi scientists have finally admitted that all other, shorter-lived blue-white stars are normal and their sun is the weird one. But as for why this is the case, no one knows for certain.
