Yeah, proportions look good to me. I guess you gave Shiny some blue complexion to his scales here, a bit remniscent of the sky blue the regular Totodile has. But that's fine that it's less turquoise than usual. Doesn't change that the motive is fun and a happy one. Scamno should join the lil Dile soon or he can just hold onto the rope and carry him around some.

I guess you could be right in regards of the extra strong balloons though Shiny's capacity of elasticy is quite random. At some days one might wonder just how more bigger he might stretch and at another day he pops out of nowhere quite quickly.
But since he's not bothered by it and pops up well and fine short time after such things occur he'll rather laugh about the silly and wonderful situation. Afterall, having such a poofy appearance, getting all floaty and buoyant and having such a nice view from above are worth to get a bit shaken up and maybe dizzy for a few seconds after making that awesome 'DOKKAN' or 'KABLAM' sound. =D

Like said, totodily cute and I'm sure the round Totodude would give Scamno lotsa nuzzles in return after that friendly game. (^.=.^)

I think i made him less turquoise and more blue, is to stand out against the sky blue background, but yeah, i was worried the color was off, but i'm glad you like it regardless. And nah, I'll be the toto balloon rope holder over being the balloon anyday. strangely enough. ^•=•^¦

So the randomness of your inflation resistance is even MORE of a worry! you could pop with just another p-balloon, or eclipse the sun! I don't know! <:c

It's not that i like staying my current shape (Heck i LOOOVE being inflated) it's just in my universe i kind of need to be somewhere at a moments notice. i tend to inflate on occasion at night in my "free time". so with how big i like to get, deflating just wastes precious seconds. (does that make sense?)

I try to keep ANYONE i inflate from popping, but when i feel it's necessary i can pop people, so yeah.

Hmm, guess i haven't seen a lot of explosions in anime, i've never seen that word til you said it.

I may have a bit of a story loophole with a young, and energetic scamno, that shiny could have a great time with~!

I can't make promises at the moment, I fear, since I'll have to attend to some more doctor's appointments next week before my hospital stay, Scamno. I think since I am working a lot with bezier curve tools is mostly why my lines look less shaky if anything. I am also somebody who zooms a lot into the canvas and checks for errors. No artist would usually spend so much time at the process as it would usually feel very unproductive in their opinion. I make it more because of my past with doing collages and the such for school projects.
I sometimes tend to try myself at various projects but for those I'd need to have a look at what is needed and I'd need to do it when I'm free.

Wait, doctor appointment? Hospital stay?! Oh, then forget me! you care for yourself mang, don't let my little wants bog you down at this time! I just liked the modification you did, and me, when I do my art, i zoom as far in as I can since i just KNOW there's a white area in the color, and I need to get it colored in, the shakiness I can't say I am able to overcome easily, at least not with my last real art piece. either way, you're very good with your work, sorry for imposing.

Oh, don't feel sorry. I'm glad about the sentiment. I am mostly just playing around with my limited editing skills. I'll surely let people know how I'm feeling after the surgery as well. =3
