So many of you might be wondering why I called this dish the name I gave it. Simply put, I managed to make this delightful dish by throwing everything any the kitchen sink into it. I used some normal ingredients that many would associate with the flavor of chicken salad, and many that may make people say "REALLY!?" But I can safely say, it came out interesting, flavorful and deliciously refreshing! I do hope you enjoy.
1 lb Diced Chicken (For this I recommend Boar's Head Ever Roast Chicken, its delicious!)
4 Dollops Mayonnaise
6 oz Bag of Craisins (Cranberry Raisins)
1/2 Cup Golden Raisins
1/2 Bushel Cilantro
1/2 Bushel Green Onion
1 Bunch Celery
1/2 Cup Chopped Almonds
3 Tbsp Ginger Paste
2 Tbsp Honey
4 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Salt (To Taste)
Pepper (To Taste)
2 Tsp Yellow Mustard
This recipe is incredibly simple to execute. The main thing is to make sure that your chicken, cilantro, green onion (only the green, none of the white) and your celery are finely diced (the chicken you want to make a little thicker than the rest). Simply, pour all ingredients into a large bowl and stir until all ingredients meld together into a uniform color. Simple (if a bit of a lot of ingredients) but to the people I served this dish to, every one of them agreed that this was the best chicken salad that they had ever tasted. Unique flavors and inviting combinations to say the least.

Loving your selection of mix-ins and spices on this! It certainly does sound different, AND tasty!! Can just taste those sweet hits the raisins bring.
Ginger is certainly unexpected. Bet it's YUM! Wuff might try a batch with a bit of curry powder in place of it for a new variation once he enjoys this one.
