The Collectors are a secret Sect of trained fighters within the organization that do as the name inplies... Collect. Whether that be debts, goods or.. people. Dead or Alive.
There are a total of 20 Collectors, ranked from 1 to 20 with only numbers 10 through to 20 being active at this time.
Dont be fooled though... she may only be rank 15 but she could still kick your ass... or accidently kill it.. one of those...
