I've been really dragging my feet on this one, but such is to be expected when redesigning your MAIN FURSONA.

But yeah! This is Umbra, who is both me and also only a fraction of me (a bIG FRACTION).
They identify as non-binary/genderfluid and prefer they/them pronouns (though they don't get particularly mad when addressed as he/him), and are pansexual! Umbra is a hybrid of... well... a few things. Primarily jackal, but there are definitely traces of reptile, bird, and cephalopod as well. It's complicated. Umbra is mostly chill, but can tend to ramble a lot and get way too serious about things if they are either really passionate or really upset.
They don't necessarily need to be drawn with clothes, but they certainly prefer non-binary fashion focused on athletic apparel and midriff!
It should be noted that Umbra's tentacles have an inner glow that starts at the skull. They also react to their mood, similarly to how Hayao Mizaki treats hair. Umbra's markings will change to a bright burning blue if they feel extremely stressed or threatened, but that is an extremely rare occurrence.

Umbra's first appearance was in 2014. Kudos to anyone who can remember my trashfire of a fursona I had before that!
