Piepo is my Piranha Plant gal, one whom in particular owns the most peculiar dress. It essentially works as a warp zone, transporting the user about to fit into it's much 'taller' design. In actuality, she used to be shorter then the common Toad, but now stands impressively taller.

This does come with it's downsides though, as the dress is still active when being worn.
