They later agreed on Sam having to deal with at least 1 out of every 3 rude customers from that day on.
BeatleBoy62 asked: “Hey Sam! How do you deal with rude customers at the coffee shop?”

As someone who does deal with the general populous, especially working in a theme park, I can say the best way to deal with them is know when you can stand your ground, and know then to simply pass it off to a higher up or someone else.
So I can definitely relate to this. Best part too is when they try to scare you by saying they'll talk to a higher up or send a letter/email to corporate because you were quote "rude" (a favorite phrase of the low income crowd).
HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
Though I agree with Gail, doing that to a coworker on the same pay level as you is a good way to get shot. XD
