yes reality can be a horrible thing...and negative memories from the past can be a thick rope holding you there...its an ongiong battle everyday....but atleast we all go through it in some way or another...and if we learn from our mistakes we cant hate ourselves too much over them, though it is human nature to just hide from them i think.
