Which is nice if you got another Heavy with Sasha with, or a pyro on a ledge behind them with BackBurner :D

Not really since Sasha will just out dps you, it's only real use is on scouts n pyros

Sasha spams damage at a target, long you can keep the target in your crosshairs. With a target slowed down, the Heavy can do that pretty damn good. The only thing a person has over the heavy in a close-medium range is manuverability, but when that's taken away their pretty much done with. I had a medic keeping me alive in one map where all these enemies were comming out of this airshaft, and I just mowed them all down. They couldn't move good cause of how crowded and small the place was, and I took down 3 heavies, a scout, a spy, 2 snipers, a few pyros, and I think an Engy, with unspinning my gun once. was right there when it happened too, least before my comp crashed :/

Yah, but that was Sasha. With Natasha, you might've died to the second heavy. Trust me.

Oh, by the way - your corpse kept shooting after you crashed. It was lulz. You must've emptied 400 rounds into that corner before they sniped you.
