As we see here, there are those who fall under the curse of the Toon Moon that lose much of who they once were. The snake that I have become has lost all of his humanity, choosing to revel in the power of the moon and using his toony features to his advantage. His favorite in particular is to coil up his victims with his long body and gaze into their eyes with his own swirling ones. He'll keep his unblinking focus on them until they fall under his trance, doing as he bids as long as he can keep his hypnotic control over them. Being bad is a lot of fun, isn't it?
