Don't worry :3 He has his own story, and there's a lot of references in the artpiece like Warhammer 40k, Norse Mythology, Papers please~ So forth. There's a story to it all, and I assure you it has nothing to do with the fictional nation Arstotzka :D (In the version I posted of the artpiece, the shield in the eagle is non existant.) I hope you liked it though!
