WAHH hoo! RULES THE GIZMODUCK! I remember him from primairly the first 5 part episode of ducttails where Fenton Crackshell conned the suit from Gyro Gearloose, to get back scrooges number one dime he'd accidenally used as 'emergency phone money".... later on, it was just GOLD when he kept running into Darkwing Duck on his own series and the two constantly were at odds (mainly because GD would show up darkwing at critical times when he kept trying to prove "a super hero didnt need super powers to be a crime fighter.."

it was always a fantastic laugh when those two bumped heads

I am still laughing over how Gizmoduck was really an accountant living out of a trailer home and became a superhero by accident.
