Oh yeah, got someone interested in his old design, while I wasn't. I mean it was cool that he was a Hokkaido-Ken, but never really felt the design. So then I figure, I love Richter's character so I'd design a new one. And then it was just like, BAM, that works, BAM this works. And so here he is, a dragon. Cause well, Dragons kick ass. So still the same character, just now a dragon!
