if the magic wand doesn't work I want to roll to intimidate the goblins into cake. and since I'm a dragon I get to add my frightful presence to the roll.

Ok, So that's +10 from frightful presence, +4 from initiative, +6 from reflexes and -2 from character size. So that's a total modifier of +18. So you need to roll a 2 or higher for that action.
