Clock seemed like a boring prompt... so again I stretched it a bit.

This time using a DragonGirl villain I sorta redesigned on the spot. In fact his "arc/storyline" is still unfinished mainly cause this is one of those "Highly dangerous, single feature" villains. But what do you expect from someone messing with time manipulation?
Main change I made was turning him from a tech based villain to a magic one. While magic is fairly well hidden and rather rare with humans most of the time and there is already a highly dangerous magic villain in the series, his plot made way more sense.
SO yeah, despite being a kid, this guy is not to be messed with. It's kinda amazing the mental fortitude superheroes have to deal with certain events...
