I decided to fill out Sukanar's Voice Actor meme from over on Deviant Art.

With the exception of Samantha, I've had voices for these characters in my head since I first created them in the '90s.
Colley's has changed the most, as originally I figured he'd be voiced by Rob Paulsen back when he was just a Road Rovers fan character.
Ceecee? Court's been the voice for her since day 1. Never had any doubts about that.
Mandy's choice has been set ever since I first started watching Scrubs. Elliot had a lot of Mandy's quirks, so it seemed to be a good choice.
