Name: Vodin LeoGear
Age: 40
Race: Liger anthro
Gender: Male
Class: Gladiator
Traits: Red hair, golden yellow eyes, orange fur with black stripes, and black fur on his ears.
Fighting Style: When Vodin's armor break, he became Paladin to Gladiator. As Gladiator, his attack and speed increase as he get stronger, but his defense decrease due lost of armor, which easily put damages on him with magic and physical attack. Under this class, he can't use magic, but his combat skill increase as it were different from the Paladin, like instead defending, he can counterattack his opponent. His defense skill is very less effective at this form, but he can endure it for long time. This make him more destructively stronger. Vodin once accidentally sliced a castle fortress in half with a single swing of his blade. He can lift the heavy weight weapons and use them. His armor is little heavy that it prevent him from lifting heavy weapons. When he unleashed his true strength, he became more powerful Gladiator.

My opinion hasn't changed… Just Sayian…
Also it might help to be more specific about the feats he can acheive rather than say things like "anything bigger". I'm not trying to downplay his strength, but if you leave it that vague you make him sound more like a god than the world's most powerful knight. Heck, it'd also help establish how much stronger he becomes in this form. Even the Pokédex (despite all of it's rediculous claims) at least gives visual examples. Riolu (my personal favorite ) is described as being able to "crest three mountains and cross two canyons in one night." as a way of showing that they have high endurance and perserverence.
Just for example sake these characters are left completely unaware that they are sealed within a barrior that can withstand the strength of 7 dragons, but they destroyed it completely by simply arm wrestling.
For Vodin, you could say "Vodin once accidentally sliced a castle fortress in half with a single swing of his blade." As opposed to when he's armored he might only be able to break the heavily armored door down.

Yes, but the question is how closely powerful is he in each state?
Obviously he's faster and stronger in both of his Gladiator forms, but the level of difference is left unclear. At this point, it feels more like the armor might as well be a t-shirt. What are the levels? How much bigger would the hole he punches be a "full power" versus when he's fully armored? Would he need both hands to lift an elephant in Armor form, one hand for his Gladiator mode and in his Full strength the elephant might as well be a paper bag?
If he could do what Riolu could with his armor on? Would he be able to do the same, but much faster and less effort without it? Or would it take 8 hours versus 12? And after he's been at his utmost limit, what are some of the drawbacks aside from the time limit? Does he get extremely hungry? His fur falls out? Falls asleep for days? Etc. That sort of thing.
I know this is a lot to think about and to consider, but i am just trying to help. You don't have to literally answer all of these questions, but at least give your audiences some idea of his feats. (It really depends upon the type of story you want to tell. How high of a (metaphorical) mountain you want Rouler to need to climb to catch up and exceed his father. If everyone around him veiws Vodin as an inserpassable god, that's fine. In some ways it can be better to say nothing rather than something. However, it's in bad storytelling to not at least point out how much Rouler must endure on his own journey to lead the Leogears. Espeically if Vodin doesn't play a regular part in the overall story.)
