Ah, if you haven't played it yet, the game has a slew of problems. Long story short being it plays a bit TOO much like a 90's platformer, not really taking into account the improvements made to the genre in the past couple decades. It's got a bit of a reputation as a sort of "meh" game in general. Not bad, just not nearly as great as it could have been.
I enjoyed it. I never beat it so thats something I have to do. It plays like a 90s game and that fine. They fixed some camera issues with updates. Ive litterally just got done playing a banjo & kazooie session before getting on Furaffinity. I enjoy the music and goofy world so much. Once I get done all of the Banjo Kazooie games I'll probably go back to Yooka Laylee buddy Duo
