That's a personal one. Hard to explain, but I'm gonna try to. That's Anastasia Moor (Who is a human in GTA V RP world, but I suck at drawing them and she is anyway as me as my sona is)
She is a Gouverneur of Los Santos, SA. Happily married to John Moor, guy whos business is always were far from legal. They are characters from roleplay GTA V server that I work on.
