Connie is a girl from one of Metrocity's many suburban areas. She was always fascinated with the EX Grand Prix and it was her dream to one day make it to the Pro circuit, perhaps even meet her idol; Gestalt the Hedgehog. However her family never had a lot of money, barely making enough to make ends meet. So her parents could never afford to buy her even the cheapest of Extreme Gears. But she wasn't going to let that stop her. Along with getting a simple paper round she also made regular visits to the junkyards in the Scrap Yard Zone to scrounge for parts. Many sleepless nights of tinkering and experimenting resulted in her very first Extreme gear. Although, this was extremely buggy and had many flaws she had yet to work out.
Years later she seeks to create her own racing team, one that can make it to the Pro circuit and the prestigious EX Grand Prix. Time to start looking for the other 2 members.
